Crest Marine Receives Customer Satisfaction Award

OWOSSO, MI (March 11,2021) – The National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) recently announced their annual Customer Service Index (CSI) awards where Crest Marine was honored for its relentless pursuit of producing the best quality pontoon boats.

The NMMA honors boat manufacturers that excel in costumer service, and Crest has been recognized as an industry leader for the uncompromising quest of superior customer satisfaction and producing the best quality boats.  To receive this award, Crest maintained a score of over 90% in customer satisfaction during 2020 based on information provided by Crest customers. The independently measured customer satisfaction award is the most prestigious award for boat manufacturers and a key indicator of superior customer service.
